Dave brings over twenty years of residential construction expertise, working with multiple national and local high-end builders. In 2018, Dave obtained his residential builders license and created Be Assured Homes to bring true transparency and his years of experience to the low-country.

The dream was to create a high-quality and affordable resource for new builds, renovations, and inspections - and that is exactly what the company provides! With the clients goals and specifications in mind, we filter through all job costs and quotes to design and plan your next project. You can be assured that your home will be in good hands.
